"FALL BACK INTO FITNESS" CHALLENGE AND SUPPORT GROUP

WHAT IS A CHALLENGE GROUP?

So what is a challenge group you ask?

My challenge groups are run online in a secret group created on Facebook. Everyone committed to the group is required to have both a Beachbody workout and Shakeology. If you don't have either you can purchase them as a bundle to get more for your money which is called a challenge pack.  I can help you as a challenger to select a program based on your goals but more importantly a program that will be the best fit for you and that you like!  That is so important! 

What can you expect?

The week prior to the challenge start date will be whats called plan and prep. You know what they say... Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail.  
Within that week will be the time for you to know what your goals are why you want to change.  You will want to keep track of your measurements and progress photos.  We can go over custom meal plans and grocery lists also so you're prepared.  Challenge groups are a fun way to keep everyone focused on their goals.  Having support of others who you can relate to and have the same struggles with is key to success.  During the group you will see posts about workout tips and tricks, recipes, personal development, pictures of inspiration and motivation.  You may have some motivational assignments to keep everyone engaged and strong until you reach your finish line.  My job is to help you write your story. We become a huge support for each other and are like family.  

So here's a list of what you will need:

1. A Beachbody workout (you don't have to buy one if you already have one).

2. Shakeology.  Nutrition is 80% of your results.  Shakeology will give you the nutrition most diets lack.  It is a secret weapon and a must!  Shakeology is not a protein drink its a meal replacement.  Its full of nutrition and provides decreased cravings, energy, weight loss, and even supports digestion.  Its also known as "The Healthiest Meal Of Your Day" and is a critical component of your end result.  


So if you're anything like me you may be afraid or nervous, I get it!  We all start somewhere.  All you have to do is participate and enjoy the results!
